Please read these Terms of Service and Conditions (collectively with Vrihodha Organics Privacy Policy, the "Terms of Service'') carefully before using our application and the services, products, content, tools, and applications offered by Vrihodha Organics through our application (collectively, "Services''). This application is owned and operated by Vrihodha Organics.
These Terms of Service are legally binding and govern all use of this application and its Services.
If you desire to become a member of our application and receive the Services provided by Vrihodha Organics, please read these Terms and conditions carefully before using the Services. By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting this application, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this application, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. Vrihodha Organics reserves the right to amend or provide for additional terms and conditions without notice to you, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. This Agreement, as posted on this application, reflects the latest agreement in effect and you should check the terms and conditions of this application regularly to take notice of changes made to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect while you use the application and the Services.
GENERAL POLICY FOR ALL CONSUMERS AND MEMBERS
Vrihodha Organics is an organic procurement company that identifies and procures crops directly from the organic farmers who have organic certification from TNOCD, NPOP Accredited certification bodies, ECO certification, INDOCERT, IMO control, SGS organic, ISCOP, etc.
Vrihodha Organics consumers should understand that agriculture has inherent risks and uncertainties related to changing climate, water availability, and labor availability, so the quantity and consistency of the supply cannot be guaranteed.
Vrihodha Organics verifies and ascertains the authenticity of the farm produce and other products supplied by individual farmers, a farmer from a producer group, and a farmer from producer collectives.
Vrihodha Organics, within its capacity as a protocol, conducts routine quality control checks to ensure that the farmers who supply to Vrihodha are using organic farming practices.
Consumers who wish to be part of Vrihodha Organics can register with our Android and iOS mobile applications.
All prices are inclusive of government tax, if applicable.
RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY
Vrihodha Organics always takes utmost care in delivering high-quality products to its consumers. Our return and replacement policies apply to all products sold through our app. In any case, if a consumer is not satisfied, then they can return or replace the product with the following terms and conditions applied.
Conditions Applied:
You can return or replace the product if the delivered one is in poor condition or was the wrong item.
It is mandatory to return all the products in their original condition with their original package delivered.
If a package is opened or used, then those products will not be applicable for return.
Once the product is received, a mail regarding the return or replacement of the product is essential.
The return of the product should happen within seven days from the day of receiving.
No refund charges are applicable for shipping and packaging.
You'll get refunded only the cost of the product, and as well, you need to return the product to the store at your own risk.

Refund or replacement of the product may take up to 15 days after we receive the product to our address with the above conditions applied.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Cancellation:
If you submit a cancellation request and an order has already been processed on your behalf, then you will be charged for that order and the items ordered will be delivered.Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is shipped.
